Three weeks after their cut up, Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift reunited in Nashville on Wednesday evening, a supply confirms to UsMagazine.com.
Driving into town together, Gyllenhaal, 30, and Swift, 21, dined at local eatery Sure'ry -- positioned just around the nook from Swift's condo.
